Murder is Multicultural: Diversity of Crime

The table below ranks homicide rates by nation, helping to reveal the diversity of murder. The map above displays murder rates of nations graphically by color strata, with a red circle that reveals homicide rates for the most populous city within the particular country.

It is immediately apparent that the highest murder rates in the world occur in source countries for primary migrating populations to North America, Europe, and the UK. This should disturb anyone who hopes for a peaceful future for Europe and the Anglosphere.

In Australia, diversity is associated with mental illness. Four out of ten people in the UK have noted an erosive effect of immigration on the cohesiveness of the society. In the US, President Trump was elected partially due to his promise to reduce illegal immigration across the southern border of the US with Mexico.

Lack of Trust Associated With Diversity

Since 2007 when Robert Putnam published his blockbreaker study linking diversity with lack of trust, intelligent and well-read persons have been aware of this problem. But no one at the levels of national and international policy-making seems to have learned anything from it. Lack of trust breeds misunderstanding, which often leads to violence.

Multicultural Violence Within Nations

The overall murder rate for the USA is roughly 4.2 murders per 100,000 persons. This is less than half the rate for Russia, less than 1/10th the rate of Jamaica and less than 1/20th the rate of Honduras. But the murder rate of the US is more than 4 times the rate for Australia and most countries of Europe. Why?

We can discover the reasons for “high” murder rates in the US by looking at specific locations within the US where murders tend to occur most commonly. Almost without exception, US cities with the highest rates of homicide are also considered most “diverse” by popular metrics of diversity.

When the racial composition of cities and neighborhoods is correlated with murder rates, an interesting stratification of correlations emerges. “Diversity” is murder, according to these correlations, although further statistics need to be compiled to improve the quality of these correlations and to clarify any possible “causative” relationships.

Violent crime does not just happen. It emerges from communities and cultures of violence, where illegitimate births are common and where boys often grow up without positive role models — and under the influence of negative role models.

Violent crime has many origins — both nurture and nature. Possible genetic origins for violent crime must be explored by scientists, just as the environmental origins for violent crime must be explored without preformed opinions.

In the meantime, the flow of human migration is from nations with very high homicide rates to nations with either low or very low homicide rates. It’s murder out there, and it is coming your way. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. It is never too late to have a Dangerous Childhood © .

Excellent exposure of “multiculturalism” today

Why the most “multicultural” and leftist US cities are taking a high dive into a shallow pool

Nicely worded…. the astute reader will be able to “read between the lines” insomuch as the message is concerned.

What’s your thoughts on this study on murder in europe?

Tribal societies are limited in what they can do to punish most forms of murder. Strong states tend to take more on themselves when punishing infractions. Forms of punishment may well be cyclic in nature, but it is likely that forms of government will also undergo cyclic change. Changes in forms of government will have wide ranging consequences.

We are riding rapid technological advances in a number of areas. With the right combination of tech breakthroughs we might see a breakdown of large, strong states similar to the scenario in Neal Stephenson’s “The Diamond Age.” Or we might see the mushrooming of murder-states like communist China, controlling most of the third world and parts of Europe and the Anglosphere if they do not grow a spine.

Indeed. And it definitely had a definite impact in declining the propensity to violence in the subject population.

        • alfin2101 says:

The propensity for violence is always there, simmering. External factors can sublimate the urge or can put a pressure lid on, reducing the likelihood of violence temporarily. But inside the little demons are just waiting for the right opportunity to act out.

That is true for human nature in general. Social engineers may think they can control what is inside the human mind and heart, but we are always just one generation away from barbaric tribes, anarchic chaos, or minarchic prosperity. Sometimes just one power failure away from mass chaos, depending upon the population.

          • info says:

True. I think the judicial regime selects against individual violence. But doesnt select against organized violence.

Impulsive violent individuals with a short fuse would be heavily selected against. Whilst the organized violence of the state is preserved.

Given how much lower murder rates are from the formerly sky high rates at the beginning of the middle ages it definitely was selected against.

Stories of university students killing each other with blades or going to a persons house and then stabbing him to death are much less frequent per capita now than before.

Meanwhile military conflicts continued until now.

          • info says:

This trend is evident from the steadily falling rates of murder ever since the 12th century onwards war on murder.

This doesn’t compute. Few of the listed countries are any more or less “source countries” than dozens of countries that are not listed. There may be some overlap but you’d need to prove statistical significance to draw any inferences from it.

You’re also implying that immigrant groups from the listed countries have a propensity to murder that is representative of their domestic murder rates. It’s not evident that this is the case. The numbers are actually more likely to be skewed in the opposite direction, i.e. that the majority of immigrants from murder-prone countries are more likely to be those who are wanting, among other things, to get away from it.

What happens once they get here and are forced to live as equals with people from a multitude of alien and more or less morally coherent cultures is a different matter, as the rest of your analysis ably demonstrates.

    • alfin2101 says:

There are two forms of mass immigration taking place: legal and illegal. Both types of mass immigration overload the system so that prudent selection cannot operate.

I would like to believe that mass immigration from violence-prone societies will somehow weed out the violence-prone individual. In the case of slow and selective immigration, you would be right. Until a few decades ago, that was how immigration was done in advanced countries. Now it seems that most of the rational rules of immigration are being broken in the face of political correctness. I wish that were not the case.

In the US, a lot of criminals are slipping through the cracks — and I suspect the same is happening in Europe, if Sweden is any example.

      • Jacob says:

Fair enough, if you’re talking just about illegal mass immigration. More data is needed to draw firm conclusions about any link between immigrant nationality, source country murder rates and immigrant propensity to murder. Still, it pays to be aware that tribal proclivities can run deep in all peoples.
