Consider Interracial Crime Where the Victim and the Perpetrator are of Different Race
When we look at which races victimize which other races in US crime, we discover that blacks are the number one perpetrators in interracial crime. And when it comes to crime within racial categories, blacks are also the number one perpetrators when it comes to crime against other blacks — by far.
Almost 96 percent of all shooters and shooting victims in the Big Apple in 2019 were people of color. People of color also accounted for 73.8 percent of rape victims and 81.3 percent of the rape suspects; 69 percent of robbery victims and 93.3 percent of the robbery suspects; and 79.5 percent of felony assault victims and 86 percent of the assault suspects.
People of color, in other words, are disproportionately both victims and perpetrators of violent crime in New York City. That is a cold fact. These proportions have remained remarkably consistent over the past 12 years.
Murders in New York are up 30 percent so far this year — 60 more people killed so far than last year. Close to 90 percent of the victims were people of color. There have been 1,095 shooting victims in Gotham so far this year — 514 more than last year. And 95 percent of these additional shooting victims were people of color.

The news media has helped build the activist gang BLM into one of the largest extortion mobs in the US. How do black people on the street view BLM?

Notice that in the above statistics, there is no category for “hispanic.” In other words, white and hispanic are combined for the purposes of this FBI stat. This is misleading, but in the age of political correctness, it is rare to find anything from media or government that is not misleading.
Blacks in America commit over 50% of homicides, despite being less than 15% of the overall population. Technically, black males commit over 50% of homicides, despite being less than 7 % of the overall population. Looked at that way, black males present a challenge to the goal of a more peaceful future.

Cities and neighborhoods with proportionately more blacks tend to have proportionately more murder. This is something the man on the street knows in his bones, and it is knowledge that guides his steps if he has a choice.

There is hope. Hundreds of years ago, violent crime in Europe was much higher than it is today. If Europe (and the European people who migrated to the Anglosphere) can reduce their rates of violence, so can the people of Africa and South/Central America — and the diaspora from those places.
Sure, Black Lives Murder well out of proportion to their populations. But as long as the reality is faced squarely — and not swept under the rug for political purposes — there is hope that lasting solutions can be discovered so that everyone can rest easier.

Well, as we know apartheid was implemented in South Africa as a solution and everybody was against that to the extent that the country was demonised world-wide for that – and people woldwide has remained to be against the concept (no matter how bad the crime gets), so what could/would be a lasting solution in your view?
The human race should go into a large hibernation tank for the next few hundred years to allow the environment to recover, to allow Chinese coronavirus to die out, and to allow everyone to wake up at the same time sober and free of addictions. Things may be seen in a clearer light at that time.
Perhaps, but I’m not sure it will resolve the propesity for violence among some groups more than others. To me the problem seems to be the fact that some categories of people (some genders and some ethnicities) are always treated with more sympathy meaning their actions are always excused / they are given more leeway / they get the bebefit of the doubt more, etc. To me this seems to happen on a subconscious psychological level – some groups are always considered victims no matter how many privileges they have (numerous types of affirmative actions on various level). The overall problem lies in double-standards. Humans seems to be not on the level of conscious development yet where they are able to apply values consistently – there is a high level of subjectivity and selectivity involved. For example apartheid in South Africa was considered wrong, yet lots of millenials demand ‘safe spaces’. Let’s consider the caste system in India – if that’s not apartheid then what is? Moreover, social di stan cing is also a form of the same. There are endless examples of such inconsistency. Truth is humans don’t know what they want, but as Aristotle said, humans are political and social animals, so any current issues can be used (to be for or against something) for social and political group participation. So, it’s hardly ever about the actual issues, but rather about the social and political interactions (the groups social participation that simply comes down to arcbitrary social interactions for most people) that’s the driving force behind it all.
The flow of at least tens of $trillions of dollars is influenced by the particular crime cartel that controls the US government. More than that if you look at global money flows in their entirety, including the financial systems. The BLM extortion racket may only account for $billions by itself, but it influences elections which generates control over $trillions.
But it’s not just the money and the power. It’s the slow motion total collapse of freedoms to approximate an Orwellian totalitarian state. Most of the leftoid zombies who are helping to bring in the oligarchical rule of the 1% at the expense of the 99%, with much closer ties to China, Iran, Venezuela, etc., may not have a clue what they are facilitating. But some of them do. And they expect to profit from it.

Starting with highway robbery and banditry where they were all of them executed. And as investigative methods improved also to more hidden murders by serial killers who are both male and female that is more apparent when the bandits are removed.
That is a long term solution. South Africa will greatly benefit.
