High Speed Internet on the Open Road

Starlink Coverage to Date

If you want high speed internet while living on the road, consider Elon Musk’s new Starlink in-motion offer (see image above).

SpaceX gifted a boon (albeit an expensive one) to digital nomads earlier this year when it launched its Starlink RV service, enabling internet connection in the types of remote, primitive spaces where it was definitely lacking. One of the shortcomings of the service has been that it can only be used while stationary, but now SpaceX has solved that issue with the new Flat High Performance Starlink option. With (expensive) updated hardware, the service supports broadband internet while mobile, allowing nomads to more productively use the time they spend commuting in the passenger seat. It could be a game changer for those who want to put in a day’s work without being stuck in one place.

Flat High Performance Starlink

The new Flat High Performance Starlink allows users to enjoy high-speed, low-latency internet while in-motion.

With a wide field of view and enhanced GPS capabilities, the Flat High Performance Starlink can connect to more satellites, allowing for consistent connectivity on the go.

The hardware is designed for a permanent installation on your vehicle and is resilient in harsh environments.

Currently available for order and use in select markets. __ Starlink

The more Starlink satellites that are put in orbit by SpaceX, the better service you can get while on the road, from ever more locations. More information on the Starlink offerings.

You may recall that Elon Musk earned the ire of mafia don Putin, when he broke Putin’s information blockade against Ukraine by offering Starlink internet communications to the beleaguered nation early in the course of Putin’s genocidal war against his peaceful neighbors.

More: Why Russia Does Not Have Enough Men to Man Both Army and Civilian Economy

Russia’s demography has been collapsing for decades now, at varying rates of collapse over the years. With Putin’s ill-timed invasion of neighboring Ukraine — and his disastrous mobilization of working-age men — Russia is being caught short of workers to man its faltering economy.

One of the reasons why Putin invaded Ukraine was to enlarge Russia’s population by roughly 40 million people. A similar move was successful in Crimea, and Putin believed that an annexation-by-force of the rest of Ukraine would not be any more difficult. But Putin has aged by almost 10 years since Crimea was forcefully stolen from Ukraine. The difference between the age of 60 and the age of 70 for a Russian male is usually the difference between “slowing down” and the grave. Russia is being led by a dead man, statistically speaking.

Instead of solving one of Russia’s most critical problems, Russia has only made it all worse! Now things are likely to spin out of control faster than anyone can inagine.

Just because Russia under Putin chooses to self-destruct (and China under Xi as well), is no reason for more advanced nations to get sloppy and to disregard the perilous path into the future. The future will need more intelligent people with better training than current parents and current educational systems are providing for. Innovative people have their work cut out for them.

Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst. It is never too late for a Dangerous Childhood © .

  1. Steven C. says:

[Paraphrase of Steven C. Comment: I can’t prove it, but I maintain that the free and sovereign nation of Ukraine is responsible in some vague way for the death of 12,000 people. I call it genocide, although I have no evidence for that.]

[Administrator: Already about 200,000 to 300,000 Ukrainian civilians have been killed by the Russian invasion so far. At least 500,000 Ukrainian children have been spirited away to Russia from their homes and families in Ukraine. Russian occupiers routinely rape, torture, and murder Ukrainian civilians for the fun of it. That is all well documented by a wide range of journalists in country. What you vaguely call genocide is not documented, only claimed by Russian propaganda sources. The real genocide is ongoing in occupied Ukraine by Russians, and is on a scale far beyond anything Ukraine was supposed to have done prior to the idiot Putin’s foolhardy and self-defeating invasion.]
